2. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which involve instant processing and compliance checks of your submitted photo, all orders are considered final once processing has begun. As such, we do not offer refunds for photo orders submitted through our online system after they enter the processing stage.
3. Non-Refundable Orders
Once your digital or print photo order is submitted and queued for compliance review or printing, the order becomes non-refundable. Our systems are automated to ensure rapid turnaround, which means there is a narrow window—if any—for cancellation. Because of this, we cannot accommodate refund requests after processing has started, even if the customer later changes their mind or discovers an error in their submission.
4. Exceptions and Resolution Policy
We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. In limited circumstances, we may issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion, under the following conditions:
- If an error was made on our part during processing (e.g., incorrect photo formatting, quality issues, or compliance failure unrelated to the customer submission), we will promptly correct the error at no additional charge.
- If you believe you made a mistake and contact us immediately after order submission—before the order is marked as 'in progress' or 'processed'—we may be able to cancel and refund the transaction. However, once processing has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds.
